Cloud Environment License Terms for Sparx Enterprise Architect Trial
Welcome to our cloud service for Sparx Enterprise Architect Trial. By accessing and using this service, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. This service is designed to provide temporary access to Sparx Enterprise Architect for evaluation purposes only.
By using this cloud service, you acknowledge that Sparx Enterprise Architect is a product of Sparx Systems Pty Ltd (“Sparx”). This service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sparx. All rights, titles, and interests in and to Sparx Enterprise Architect, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Sparx.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, temporary license to use Sparx Enterprise Architect Trial through our cloud environment solely for evaluation purposes. This license is valid for a period of five (5) days from the date of first access.
Trial Usage Limitation: The remote desktop access provided under this license agreement is strictly for trial or demonstration purposes. The user is granted temporary access to the shared system solely for evaluation and testing purposes.
Time Limit: Usage of the remote desktop access beyond the specified trial period of five (5) days is strictly prohibited.
Commercial Use: Usage for any commercial, business, or revenue-generating activities, including but not limited to production use, software development, or customer support, is strictly prohibited.
Non-Transferable Credentials: The remote desktop access credentials provided to the user are non-transferable and may only be used by the designated individual or entity for trial or demonstration purposes.
Prohibition of Commercial Use: The user agrees not to use the remote desktop access for any commercial, business, or revenue-generating activities.
Compliance with Sparx EULA: The user agrees to abide by the End User License Agreement (EULA) from Sparx for the trial version of Enterprise Architect. This includes but is not limited to:
Evaluation Only: The Trial Edition of Enterprise Architect is licensed for evaluation purposes only.
No Redistribution: The user is not permitted to distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the software.
Compliance with Laws: The user’s use of the software must comply with all applicable laws, including copyright laws.
Termination of Access: Upon the expiration of the five (5) day trial period, your access to Sparx Enterprise Architect through our cloud environment will be automatically terminated. You must not attempt to circumvent any restrictions or continue using the software beyond this period.
Limitation of Liability: Our service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
